This lovely first-floor apartment (note: no elevator) offers comfort in a peaceful setting. Upon entering, you’ll find a bright living-dining area with direct access to a south-facing private terrace, ideal for relaxing while enjoying views of the garden and the pool.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a convenient utility/laundry area. The apartment features three cozy bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom—perfect for privacy and comfort. A second bathroom is also available, ideal for sharing.
The entire apartment has centralized air conditioning and heating to ensure your comfort year-round. We also provide high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi so you can stay connected during your stay.
For added convenience, you’ll have a private parking space in the gated community. And to make the most of the sun, we provide 2 foldable loungers to use in the garden or by the pool.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the apartment and the community areas, including the garden and pool, which also has a restroom for your convenience. You may park your vehicle either inside or outside the complex. Within the community, you’ll have an assigned parking space for easy and quick access.
Other things to note
Important details:
- Prime location: If you plan to enjoy the beach and pool, a car is not necessary. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, along with various bars, restaurants, and a pharmacy. A small minimarket is just 8 minutes away on foot, and larger supermarkets are easily accessible via nearby bus stops.
- Airport transfers: We offer airport transfer service (at an additional cost), available upon request. Feel free to contact us for more information.
- Child-friendly amenities: A travel cot and high chair are available upon request for €6/night.
- Pre-arrival grocery service: If you’d like to arrive to a stocked kitchen, we offer a grocery shopping service before your arrival for €30 (up to 20 items), plus the cost of the groceries.
- Cleaning service: If you’d like cleaning during your stay, please let us know in advance, especially during high season. The cost is €14/hour for one cleaner or €28/hour for two cleaners.
