The space

This cozy apartment located on the ground floor facing the beach and the sea, in the Aguamarina building, in Riviera del Sol, has a kitchen open to the living room, and one bedroom, with en-suite bathroom. It also has a terrace on the same ground floor, where you can relax listening to the sound of the sea, and from there, easy access to the community barbecue, the beach, and the pool. This accommodation offers a double bed of 160 cm and a sofa bed of 140 cm. You will also find air conditioning in the bedroom, which will also cool the living room. In short, if you love the sea and like to spend time on the beach, this apartment is perfect for you and your family. In a few steps you can feel the sand under your feet, or take a walk along the “wooden walk” to La Cala, or even the port of Cabopino and the dunes of Artola, beyond towards Marbella.
Watch the sunset from the terrace, or sit back and relax comfortably while admiring the Atlas of Africa Mountains or cruises sailing to the port of Malaga.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire apartment and community areas including the pool, garden, and direct private access to the beach. In the garden you will find a communal charcoal barbecue for the use of neighbors and guests, with table and chairs to enjoy your food or take directly to the table of the accommodation.
Parking is communal, so in high season we cannot guarantee a parking spot in the community, however across the road there are plenty of spaces. Although no car is required to enjoy your vacation in this apartment, we recommend having a vehicle to visit the tourist areas of the Costa del Sol, and see rural and mountainous areas of natural beauty.

-The community does not allow hanging clothes on the terrace or garden, you will have to hang inside the accommodation or on the roof of the building.

– We offer shuttle service to and from the airport at a cost on request, as well as car rental service

– We can offer a travel crib with crib clothes, upon request, for a cost of €6/day, we can also add a bathtub and high chair if you wish at no additional cost.
