♦ Check all lights and power points are in full working order
♦ Check all your electrical equipment and electro domestic appliances are working
♦ Weekly water interior and balcony plants (lawn maintenance is available at additional cost)
♦ Collect terrace furniture and other objects if necessary
♦ Check and remove any mail (forwarding or emailing of mail is available)
♦ Emergency call out 24 hours a day, and repairs (cost of actual repair is additional)
♦ Check pool and garden area (if applicable)
♦ Advice regarding any repairs that may be necessary
♦ Monthly reports and photos sent to your email address
♦ Regular checks for pests and vermin with recommendation for remedial action
♦ Cleaning and laundry (at additional cost)
The cost of this service will depend on the requirements of the Owner and the type of property.

If you are renting your property, you must know that we can offer a lot of services for your guests:
If the rental bookings are managed through us, then we include meet & greet, cleaning and laundry services in our rental fees. If owners rent the properties themselves, then we charge for those services to the owner.
If you own a Holiday Rental Property here at the Costa del Sol and you are doing all the advertisement by yourself, we can help you with the management and administration of the Holiday Property (Laundry, Cleaning, Meet and Greet etc). We have a large list of Services to keep you in complete peace of mind.
