Key Holding Service
It is the easiest, most secure and economical way to have access to your keys anytime. We keep a copy of your keys at all times, in case you misplace or forget yours, and that also enables us to keep an eye on any commissioned services being delivered in your absence.
It is also a benefit if we have prompt access should an emergency occur (flooding, burglary…).
Apart from the owner, OKholiday are deemed to be the sole key holder for your property. Any requests for keys to be handed to a third party MUST be done by email, giving details of the person or company who will be collecting the keys, the purpose for which the keys are required and the length of time the person is permitted to hold the keys. The person collection the keys will be asked for some form of I.D. before the keys are released.
Please ensure that (if applicable) you provide us with your alarm system details along with the contact details of the security company.

If you need to provide the keys of the property to guests or customers who come from afar, to a repair technician, etc., all the owner has to do is contact us and we assure you that there will be availability to pick them up.
