OKholiday offers a professional service to our clients. From our office in Las Chapas, between Elviria and Cabopino, we oversee the day to day running of your property all year round. Our office is open from Monday to Friday 09.30am-17:30pm, Saturdays and Sundays by appointment.  Additionally, our staff are available after normal business hours for any emergencies

Marketing your Property
We will feature your property on numerous websites, including VRBO, HomeAway, Booking.com, TripAdvisor and Airbnb, as well as our own website. We also receive a lot of walk-in rentals through our conveniently located office. Okholiday has been awarded the “Superhost Status” on Airbnb, which requires a 90% response rate, and 80% of our reviews must be 5*.

Licenses and Regulations
With new laws introduced in 2016, it is imperative you license your property for rentals. The Spanish authorities are now vigilantly checking for unlicensed activity, and the fines can be up to €40,000. We can obtain these licenses for you and ensure you are compliant in all aspects required by Spanish law. All bookings are recorded and guests must be registered. We will arrange your application and report bookings and monthly accounts to you.

Standard Pack

Our Standard pack is ideal for homeowners looking to maximize rentals. It includes the marketing and booking management of your property on a range of online rental portals, as well as traditional rental methods. It includes:

With this option, the owner of the property will be doing the meet and greet, fill the registration forms, call out, organize cleaning, etc. Of course the owner will have all our “Extra Services” available, and could also offer any of our “Guest Services

Premium Pack

Our Premium pack is our most popular choice; it covers all aspects of the rental process. We run the property similar to a hotel, offering homeowner’s peace of mind and ensuring that all the basics are covered! Includes:

♦ Booking Management

♦ Managing online reviews

♦ In-person Check-in

♦ Taking copies of guests Passports and registering at police

♦ Showing the guests the property and the community

♦ Welcome detail (Wine and Chocolates)

We will be doing everything for you, so you can have complete peace of mind. We will advertise your property on our Airbnb, Booking, VRBO, Tripadvisor, Homeaway profile, in Social Media and on our own Website. We will also be doing all the Check-Ins and Check-Outs for your clients, registering them at the police and making sure that there is no damage to the property. We will also make sure that the Property has basics in the kitchen like salt, pepper, oil etc. As well as washing powder and all the cleaning utilities. We offer many Extra Services for our clients. Any other services that you may need you can let us know and we will arrange a special package just for you including all the services that you may need.
