Just steps away from local shops and bars, and only 25 minutes from Malaga airport and 15 minutes from Marbella center. Ideal for a relaxing getaway with all amenities within reach.
The space
Welcome to our charming beachfront apartment, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator. This cozy one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat features a spacious terrace, perfect for dining and relaxing while watching the sunset.
The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge and all the essentials for a perfect vacation. The living room has a large smart TV and air conditioning to ensure your comfort. The bedroom also has its own independent air conditioning unit, and both rooms are equipped with blackout curtains for a restful sleep.
The spacious terrace is furnished with dining and lounge furniture, ideal for enjoying the stunning views. You will have access to a communal parking area, so you can park in any available spot.
In the garden, next to the pool, you’ll find direct access to the beach and the coastal path that extends from Cabopino to La Cala de Mijas. Conveniently located near supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants, as well as bus stops that connect the area.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment and communal areas, including the pool, garden, and private direct access to the beach. Parking is communal, so we cannot guarantee a spot in high season. However, there are many parking spaces across the road, just a 5-minute walk away. Although a car is not necessary to enjoy a vacation in this apartment, we recommend having one to explore the tourist areas of the Costa del Sol and visit the beautiful rural and mountainous areas.
Other things to note
– Parking is communal, so we cannot guarantee a spot in high season; however, you will find more parking options across the road.
– We offer airport transfer service at an additional cost, upon request; please contact us if you would like this service.
– We can provide a travel crib and high chair upon request for a fee of €6/day.
– We offer a pre-arrival grocery shopping service: €30 (up to 20 items) + the cost of the groceries.
– If you’d like cleaning service during your stay, please let us know well in advance to arrange it, especially in high season. The cost will be €14/hour for one cleaner or €28/hour for two cleaners.
