Have fun with the whole family in this stylish, modern, two-bedroom, ground-floor accommodation with garden and barbecue, sea views, and very close to the swimming pool. You will enjoy air conditioning in all rooms and fibre optic wifi. Enjoy in this cosy flat a holiday on the Costa del Sol, only 7 min walking distance to the beach and 6 min to shops. Malaga airport is only 25 min away, and Puerto Banus is 30 min away by car.
The Space
The flat is located on the ground floor, with direct entrance from the communal garden. Upon entering, you will find a kitchen open to the living room, which in turn leads to a terrace with garden, where you can enjoy outdoor meals and dinners, as well as sunbathing and relaxing in the evening watching the sea. The accommodation has two bedrooms with 160cm double beds, and a bathroom with shower. There is also a desk and folding chair if you need to work remotely, with fibre optic internet. The community has a fenced swimming pool, which is available all year round.
The pool and gardens are communal, as well as part of your garden, but as the accommodation is located in the last position of the complex, no one will ever pass through your garden 😉
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment and community areas including the pool, garden, and direct private access to the beach. In the garden you will find a communal charcoal barbecue for the use of neighbors and guests, with table and chairs to enjoy your food or take directly to the table of the accommodation.
Parking is communal, so in high season we cannot guarantee a parking spot in the community, however across the road there are plenty of spaces. Although no car is required to enjoy your vacation in this apartment, we recommend having a vehicle to visit the tourist areas of the Costa del Sol, and see rural and mountainous areas of natural beauty.
