If you love the sea and enjoy spending time at the beach, then this apartment is perfect for you. Within a few steps you can feel the sand under your feet, or take a stroll along the “Broadwalk” to La Cala or even Cabopino Port and the dunes beyond towards Marbella.
Watch the sunrise from the spacious and comfortable terrace or keep a watchful eye on the children in the pool directly in front of you. Sit back and relax in comfort whilst taking in the view of the Atlas Mountains of Africa or the cruise ships that sail past to the port of Malaga.
Services and Communal areas
Guests have access to the entire apartment and community areas, to include the pool, garden and direct private access to the beach.
Parking is communal so in high season we cannot guarantee a parking space on the community, however, on the other side of the road there are plenty of spaces.
Other bonuses
If you wish to enjoy a beach and pool stay, it is not necessary for a hire car service, since the beach is only a few minutes’ walk, as well as many beach bars, restaurants and a pharmacy. There is a bus stop located within a short walk from the apartment for short trips to Marbella and Puerto Banus direction and to La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola.
Although a car is not required for this apartment, we recommend having a vehicle to visit the tourist areas of the Costa del Sol, and see rural and mountainous areas of natural beauty.
We offer transportation service to and from the airport with cost on request, as well as an exclusive Yacht rental service for up to 8 people, to enjoy with the whole family and friends for only € 100 / h + fuel. If the guest wishes to book this apartment for 28 nights or more, a cost for electricity will be set up in 100€ for the 28 nights, so if guest used more than 100€, the difference will be discounted from the amount of the deposit.
