Have fun with the whole family in this stylish newly renovated home, with lots of light, and close to the beach. You will have private parking and a community swimming pool for adults and children, with fenced, playground, tennis, soccer and basketball courts, access to the beach through the natural dunes of Artola, and very close to the beach and port of Cabopino. You will have generalized air conditioning, WiFi throughout the accommodation, electric BBQ and your own parking space.

The space

In this two-bedroom apartment, you will find at the entrance access to the kitchen with laundry room, where you will find the washing machine and electric heater; and on the left, access to the living room, with furnished terrace overlooking the pool and the beautiful community garden that they have in this community, full of tropical plants, very well kept. As you move forward in the apartment, you will find a bedroom with two 90 cm single beds and built-in wardrobe; next to this bedroom, you will find a bathroom with shower, and continuing in the hallway, you will find the master bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, and a full en-suite bathroom, with a bathtub. In the same bedroom you will have an access door to the same terrace as the living room. The accommodation consists of central air conditioning, fiber optic WiFi and electric barbecue. You will also find 2 folding lounge chairs to take to the pool, and 2 beach chairs with umbrella to take to the beach. Parking is underground under the building and consists of an assigned space.

Guest access

The adult and children’s pools, and the surrounding gardens, are communal, as are the basketball, tennis, and playground courts.
