Cozy townhouse with everything you need for a perfect family holiday, or with friends. House with WIFI, 2 floors with 3 terraces, plus 2 bedrooms, one with air conditioning/heating and another with ceiling fan, and 2 bathrooms. It is located in a complex with 2 swimming pools surrounded by sun loungers, outdoor chairs and tables, another heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, gym, playground, and gardens, all at no extra cost!

The space

This beautiful townhouse initially has a few steps to access it. Before entering the house you will find a private patio with table and chairs and bench, where you can enjoy many hours of sunshine. Upon entering the house, on the main floor you will find a small bedroom with a 135cm double bed with ceiling fan, kitchen open to the living room, a full bathroom with shower and a wonderful terrace with sun loungers to enjoy the sun with privacy and table with chairs to eat outside. Going down the stairs, you will find a full bathroom and the master bedroom with a 160cm bed, and an exit to a terrace with an outdoor sofa where you can relax in the shade in summer evenings: on this same terrace you will find the washing machine and clothesline.

Guest access

The complex has outdoor, adult and children’s pools, with sun loungers available, Balinese beds (at extra cost), and a spa with a heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath. They will also have a gym with professional machinery, swings for children, rest areas in the garden. All this included in the price!

The complex also has an entertainment program for the whole family, a mini club, and a play area for children. You can use the playroom service for children over 4 years old during tomorrow and afternoon hours, where you can leave them, included in the price (available in July and August)

Inside the complex you will also find the buffet restaurant of Vime Marbella, where you can taste traditional Spanish food, and the Fontanela bar, with live musical performances during the weekends in high season. Buffet breakfast can be ordered directly at the complex, upon request at the reception. The cost of the buffet breakfast is 12€/person/day.

In short, by staying here you will find all the services of a hotel with the comfort of a house.
