Have fun with the whole family at this stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom accommodation with AC, WiFi, and its own parking space, located at Rosario Beach in Marbella, where you will find a magnificent beach with fine sand, and beach bars just a few meters away. It is fully designed for guests, so you will find everything you need for a magnificent vacation on the Costa del Sol. In the community, you will find 3 swimming pools. Just 10 minutes from the center of Marbella and 35 minutes from the airport.
The Space
This modern and stylish apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a 150cm double bed with a full en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace, and a second bedroom with a 90cm single bed with another full bathroom next to it. In the living room, you will find access to the spacious terrace where you can enjoy meals as a couple or with family, and sunset views overlooking the sea. The accommodation includes an underground parking space.
Services and Common Areas
Guests can access the entire accommodation, as well as the underground parking and the 3 community pools.
Just a 2-minute drive away, you will find the Royal Tennis Club, where you can play tennis and other sports, and there is also a gym. Next to this gym, you’ll find the nearest supermarket, as well as other shops and bars.
Other Notable Aspects
– We offer a transport service to and from the airport for a fee, on request, as well as car rental services. Please inquire if you would like to use any of these services.
– We can provide a travel cot with bedding, a baby bath, and a high chair, on request, for a cost of €6/day.
– We also offer a “Full Fridge” service before your arrival, with up to 20 items for €30, plus the cost of shopping.
– If you require cleaning services during your stay, please let us know well in advance to arrange it, especially during the high season. The cost will be €14/hour with one cleaner, or €28/hour with two cleaners.
– Due to water use restrictions from the drought affecting southern Spain, we cannot guarantee that the pool will be available, or that there won’t be other water consumption restrictions during your vacation, but the beach will certainly be available 😉
