The Space
Located in the Aguamarina building, this exclusive beachfront apartment features an open kitchen to the living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One bedroom offers sea views, an en-suite bathroom, and a terrace next to it where you can relax and enjoy the sound of the sea waves. From the communal garden, you can easily access the communal barbecue, the beach with direct access, and the communal pool. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and fiber-optic WiFi.
In short, if you love the sea and enjoy spending time on the beach, this apartment is perfect for your vacation. In just a few steps, you can feel the sand under your feet, or take a walk along the “litoral path” to La Cala, or even to Cabopino port and the dunes of Artola, further towards Marbella.
Watch the sunset from the terrace, or sit back and relax comfortably while gazing at the Atlas Mountains of Africa or the cruise ships sailing towards the port of Málaga.
Services and Common Areas
Guests will have access to the entire apartment and communal areas, which include the pool, garden, parking, and direct private access to the beach. In the garden, you will find a communal charcoal barbecue for use by neighbors and guests, with tables and chairs to enjoy your meal.
Parking is communal, so we cannot guarantee a parking space in the community during the high season, however, there are many more parking options across the road. While a car is not required to enjoy your vacation in this apartment, we recommend having a vehicle to visit tourist areas on the Costa del Sol and see rural and mountainous areas of natural beauty.
Other Notable Aspects
– Parking is communal, and spots are limited, so we cannot guarantee a parking space in the community during the high season, however, across the road, there are more parking options.
– We offer a transport service to and from the airport for a fee, on request, as well as car rental services. Please inquire if you would like to use any of these services.
– We can provide a travel cot with bedding, a baby bath, and a high chair, on request, for a cost of €6/day.
– We also offer a “Full Fridge” service before your arrival, with up to 20 items for €30, plus the cost of shopping.
– If you require cleaning services during your stay, please let us know well in advance to arrange it, especially during the high season. The cost will be €14/hour with one cleaner, or €28/hour with two cleaners.
– Due to water use restrictions from the drought affecting southern Spain, we cannot assure that the pool will be available, or that there won’t be other water consumption restrictions during your vacation, but the beach will certainly be available 😉
