The space

The home has one parking space inside the underground garage, with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
This spacious apartment allows you, on the one hand, to enjoy a family vacation without having to leave the complex, if that is what you are looking for, since in the same complex you will find a bar/restaurant with very good food. In addition to a good vacation atmosphere, as it is not a very large development.
On the other hand, if you want to enjoy all the attractions of the Costa del Sol, the complex is in a perfect location within the Costa del Sol, since 10 minutes by car is downtown Marbella and 15 minutes from Fuengirola. In addition to being very close to renowned beach bars and clubs, such as Nikki Beach, Andy’s Beach, Simbad, and Club 200, all less than 5 minutes by car, as well as the beaches of Cabopino, Las Chapas and La Vivora, the best considered on the Costa del Sol.

As you can see in the photos, the complex has a pool and jacuzzi (currently not available) in each phase of the complex, in addition to a children’s pool, which will be shared with owners and tenants of the same complex. The Bar/Restaurant is just 500m from the apartment.

Other things to note

– We offer shuttle service to and from the airport with cost upon request as well as car rental service so please inquire if you would like to get some of these services.
– We can offer a travel crib and high chair, on request, for a cost of €6/day
– We can accept pets under 10Kg, only 1 dog, on request, for 6€/night, so please consult us before booking.
– We also offer a “full fridge” service before your arrival, with up to 20 items for €30 plus the cost of the purchase, or 40 items for €50.
