Nearby, you’ll find futsal, basketball and tennis courts, a playground, and it’s just a short walk to Las Cañas and Cabopino beach, where you can enjoy fresh fish and your favorite drinks at the beach bars. The space
The duplex penthouse features three bedrooms on the lower floor—one with a bunk bed, another with a trundle bed that can be converted into two singles, and the main bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the same floor, you’ll also find a second bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a laundry area (washing machine and dryer), and a living-dining room with a terrace and outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing with the family.
Upstairs, there is a living room with a double desk—ideal if your kids need to study or if you’re working remotely.
Guests can enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay with free Wi-Fi, free parking, central air conditioning and heating, washing machine and dryer, a communal pool, beach bars, nearby golf courses, and everything you need for a perfect holiday with family or friends.

- We also offer a “Fully Stocked Fridge” service prior to your arrival, with up to 20 items for €30 plus the cost of the groceries.
- If you’d like cleaning service during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it—especially during high season. The cost is €14/hour for one cleaner or €28/hour for two cleaners.
