Distributed on one floor, this apartment consists of a full kitchen, living/dining room, with sofa bed, two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 160cm and another with two single beds of 90cm, two bathrooms, one with shower and another with bathtub, and terrace facing the sea.

Accommodation is located in the Playa de la Lucera development, which is a beachfront complex with direct beach access and swimming pool right in front of the sea, surrounded by landscaped areas. The complex has parking spots assigned to each property, so our guests will have a private parking spot for them. We offer two beach towels to our guests as a complimentary, coffee and kitchen basics, as well as bath amenities and welcome cleaning kit. Linens and towels are provided for all guests, of course.

– It is very important to note that both to access the accommodation and the pool and beach area, you have to go down stairs. You can see them in the photos.
– We offer shuttle service to and from the airport at cost, on request, as well as car rental service, please contact us if you want to get some of these services.
– If you need to arrive outside of our check-in hours, please let us know as soon as possible, to provide you with access to the self-catering accommodation.
– We can offer a travel crib with crib clothes, baby bath and high chair, on request, for a cost of 6€/day
– Pets could be accepted upon request, as long as they are less than 10Kg, for a surcharge of €6/night.
– We also offer a “full fridge” service before your arrival, with up to 20 items for €30 plus the cost of the purchase, or 40 items for €50.
