Our service Managers will inform your guests on the rules of the property/complex, how to operate the facilities and equipment in the property and even inform them about some of the local shops, restaurants and other attractions in the area. You will get always better reviews if you have someone receiving to your guests.
If you have a Key holding service with Okholiday, you will be charged according to this timetable for every Meet & Greet:
From Monday to Friday:
From 09:30 to 17:30 – 35€
From 17:30 to 21:30 – 45€
From 21.30 to 09:30 – 65€
Weekends and bank holidays:
From 9:30 on Saturday to 9:30 on Monday and bank holidays: 60€
Every hour waiting after the time agreed, will be 15€/h extra within our working timetable, 20€ extra from 17:30 to 21:00 and 30€ extra in the rest of timetable.
If you have a Property Management Agreement with Okholiday, you will be charged according to this timetable for every Meet & Greet:
From Monday to Friday:
From 09:30 to 17:30 – 25€
From 17:30 to 21:30 – 35€
From 21.30 to 09:30 – 50€
Weekends and bank holidays:
From 9:30 on Saturday to 9:30 on Monday and bank holidays: 50€
Every hour waiting after the time agreed, will be 12€/h extra within our working timetable, 17€ extra from 17:30 to 21:00 and 25€ extra in the rest of timetable.
If you have a Holiday Rental Agreement with Okholiday, you will not be charged for Meet & Greet
For the inspections after check out, same cost will be applied. If you have an agreement with Okholiday to rent your property for holidays, then there will be no extra cost for neither the reception of guests, nor the inspection after departure.
