Whether you have a holiday rental house, your own holiday home, or second home in Spain, we can offer you cleaning after each tenant departure, cleaning during the stay, annual spring cleaning, or cleaning after a reform.
Standard prices for Holiday rental homes:
Studios: 50€ (2 guests)
1-bedroom apartments: 60€ (2 guests)
2-bedroom apartments: 70€ (4 guests)
3-bedroom apartments: 80€ (6 guests)
4-bedroom apartment: 90€ (8 guests)
Additional guest: 15€ per guest.
We consider standard apartments to be apartments with the indicated bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 1 terrace. For larger apartments, townhouses and villas, we will make a proposal according to the characteristics they have and the time we need to spend.
During each departure cleaning, we will completely clean the house, including windows, we will change the bedding and towels to clean, in addition to checking all the electronic devices and that there is no damage to the property.
For cleaning during the stay, tenants or owners will be charged the standard cost of 12€/hour.
In the case of cleaning after a reform, 15€/hour will be charged.
Cleaning products are included in all cases, but the owner must supply cleaning equipment.
In the case of the laundry, we will take care about the collection of all the dirty laundry, taking it to the laundry, and picking it up for later delivery to the home.
Okholiday will charge 10€/person, only for bedding (fitted sheets, flat sheet, duvet covers, pillow cases), towels, tea towels and bath rugs (similar to towels). Any other type of garments will have an additional cost.
