HOUSE RULES
- No smoking
- No parties allowed
- No pets allowed
- Check-in is anytime from 16:00 to 21:00.
Late check-in is required to be paid in cash:
- From 21:00 to 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 euros.
- From 23:00 to 05:00 there is an extra charge of 60 euros.
Every hour late waiting after the time agreed, will be 15€ extra, except if you inform us with time in advance.
- Check-out is by 11:00. Please be punctual.
Please, contact us with time in advance if you wish to leave later than the check-out time and we will confirm if it is possible.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
- We request 30% of the total amount in order to confirm the booking.
- Pending amount, 70% + refundable deposit have to be paid 15 days prior arrival.
This deposit is fully refundable 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
- Final cleaning and laundry is included in the quotation.
- Guests can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
- There will be no refund offered if reservation is cancelled within 14 days before intended arrival.
