This cozy 1-bedroom apartment distributed on one floor has a separate kitchen, full bathroom, living room, bedroom with a bed with two twin 90cm mattresses, and its own terrace overlooking the garden and one of the pools. The air conditioning is centralized for the entire apartment, the internet connection is fiber optic. The parking space is located under the building with direct access to the accommodation.

The apartment is located in the urbanization Los Lagos de Santa María Golf, in the renowned neighborhood of Elviria, next to the prestigious Santa María Golf Course. In the development you will find two adult pools and a children’s pool surrounded by sun loungers and gardens. They will have a private parking space within the building’s underground parking, but they can also park on the street.

– We offer shuttle service to and from the airport at cost, on request, as well as car rental service, please contact us if you want to get some of these services.
– If you need to check in outside of our check-in hours, please let us know as soon as possible, because we may charge a surcharge as stated in the property rules.
– We can offer a travel crib with crib, bathtub and high chair, on request, for a cost of €6/day
– We also offer “full fridge service” before your arrival, with up to 20 items for 30€plus the cost of purchase, or 40 items for 50€.
