The Space
This cosy 1 bedroom flat distributed on one floor, has an independent kitchen, complete bathroom, living room, bedroom with a bed with two inseparable 90cm single mattresses, and its own terrace with views to the garden and one of the swimming pools. The air conditioning is centralized for the whole flat, the internet connection is fibre optic. The parking space is located under the building with direct access to the accommodation.
Services and common areas
The flat is located in the urbanization Los Lagos de Santa María Golf, in the well known neighbourhood of Elviria, next to the prestigious Santa María Golf Course. In the urbanisation you will find two swimming pools for adults and one for children surrounded by sun loungers and gardens. You will have a private parking space in the underground car park of the building, although you will also be able to park on the street.

– We can provide a travel cot with cot linen, bath and high chair, on request, at a cost of 6€/day.
